Excellent customer service!! Capital City Hyundai was by far one of the best experiences that i have ever had with any other Auto Dealership. They treated me with the up most respect and are a honest group of people. They helped me find the car that was best for me and i am completely satisfied!! If you are looking to buy a car, i would definitely go over to Capital City Hyundai.

I went in looking for a used car with low mileage and I found the 2008 Scion xD. There was still another car at the dealer down the street I wanted to look at, but they were being terribly slow about the process of "finding out my rate." Basically, they didn't want us to leave. We ended up getting rate down to a point that we thought it was a great deal. Less than 10 minutes after we left with the car, the check engine light came on. We thought we would just go have it checked out the following day because we had been out ALL day long. The next day we jumped in the car and headed towards an auto shop. Before we even made it there, we heard the engine making noises and the brakes sounded odd. We stopped and saw that there was oil pooling on the engine top. We got in the car to head to the mechanic, and then we heard a HORRIBLE grinding noise when we turned left - to the point that people around us had stopped and were staring at us. We parked it in a Walmart parking lot and got a ride to the dealer to tell them that there was no deal and that we wanted out trade-in back. They were apologetic and agreed to return our car back to us and void the contract. This is the only reason they get more than 1 star. I would NOT recommend this place for used cars. They don't check them and that could have been devastating.

I ended 2014 with a bang (literally), and Capital City Hyundai ensured that this new year would start off on the right foot. I was assisted by Hazem and he was very kind, patient, and courteous. As a senior senior citizen who shopped several local dealers for new Touring Cars and new SUV’s, my experience in purchasing my Elantra GT was simply awesome. Capital City Hyundai demonstrated that it a classy Dealer by standing out as an obvious cut above all the other local dealers. The other local dealers just seemed to humor along this old guy, who they may have thought was entertaining himself by kicking a few tires. The good people at Capital City Hyundai took me seriously and provided me with the most efficient and enjoyable new car purchase that I have ever experienced. Here’s how the deal went down while failing miserably everywhere else: In my initial visits, I told each sales representative that I was comparison shopping today and would return tomorrow to only one showroom to close the best deal. I called my Sales Representative at Cap City about 1:15 PM to give him his good news. I appeared at their showroom at 2 PM and drove out the door in my new Elantra GT at 3:30 PM. In my humble opinion this was absolutely Awesome! My initial new car purchase was in 1957 and this transaction was the purchase of my 10th new vehicle. I was blown away because I did not expect immediate same day delivery because I was always accustomed to a delay of a day or two while my check cleared. Capital City Hyundai earned their 5 Stars!

We had such a great experience at Capital City Hyundai! Our salesman William Toth was so helpful and knowledgeable about the product and made sure that we got the best car with the best deal. Not only was our salesman helpful, but every staff member that we came across, from the Sales manager Tony to the finance manager Paul, we were always greeted with a smile like we were family. Buying a car is not always easy and stress free, but these guys made us feel so at home that the process went by so fast! We will definitely be recommending this dealership to our friends and family!
