Have had a great move-in experience. Except the move-in process was somewhat difficult and after I was able to get an apartment the agent has been very unresponsive. Also the parking situation was unclear and not explained properly when inquiring about the apartments. Besides that security is great and everything works smoothly.

I feel incredibly lucky to live here in Stuy Town. I'm happy to come home to my apartment every single day. The landscaping is wonderful, the apartments are well maintained, and security is great. And if you ever have a maintenance issue, someone comes to deal with it quickly. I've never wanted to live anywhere else!

it is lovely to live here. the staff is friendly and helpful. lovely neightbors. it is safe. but where i live is a little bit far away from subway station. and winter is coming, it will make transportations a little miserable. and rent is a little bit high comparing to my saving and income.

Great amenities. Maintenance is great and always comes on time. Needs better garbage maintenance and daily porters. Our building is dirtier than it used to be.
