They come fully furnished, which includes:

Bedrooms: bed frame, mattress, headboard, side table, desk, desk chair, attached bathroom and walk-in closet (in each bedroom!)

Water, trash, cable and internet are included in your rent!

We also have a 24 hour gym (with two stand-up tanning beds!), a library with computers and free printing, a game room, outdoor grills, a full-size basketball court and sand volleyball court, as well as one of the largest private pools in Wichita!
