This place is infamous for bed bugs, crime, leaks, unresponsive landlords, etc., but it's really pulled itself around in the past few years. Sure, it still has paper-thin walls, but all of the aforementioned problems seemed to have been address. Plus, they've revamped the building to make it a much more pleasant experience for tenants (it even has brand-new washers and dryers!

this place use to be full of great bands and parties. now it has lost that old time luster. I remember a string of armed robberies that went on for a week straight. Remember, you DO live across from the projects and leave your doors open. Natural Selection i suppose.
