This B and B is absolutely beautiful, our room was large with a private bath, the bed was extremely comfortable, in fact one of the best I've slept on considering how much I travel for work. The owners were extremely accommodating and welcoming. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the extensive gourmet breakfast. The free gated parking was a huge plus. We will definitely be back here.

Our room was beautiful and comfortable. The owners were great. Having a private gated parking place was a big plus for my husband. The room were very private and the back yard garden was private. Breakfast was delux. Plan to return soon.

We love this place. Room was spacious, very comfortable. Graham & Bob create a perfect, warm, welcoming climate. Having a place to park downtown Annapolis is a plus. Annapolis is a fabulous town to visit, and 201 is the perfect place to stay--right in the middle but off of the main road by just enough, 2 minute walk from the downtown center. We'll be staying here whenever we visit Annapolis. Food too, breakfast was perfect, delicious and enough food, great coffee.
