This is a newly renovated and really nice 2 bedroom 5 room apartment. The apartment is $675 per month. There is an enclosed back porch and the apartment comes with a storage unit.

The bathroom has been completely redone, new cabinets and a sink base have been installed in the kitchen. There are new carpets ordered, and everything has been painted. The electrical has been updated and safety checked and we have added 4 brand new electrical outlets with 1 in each room. We will be installing some new windows over the summer.

We are located on 38th Place between Sacramento and Albany (Just East of Kedzie). This is on the near Southwest side. Please see the map in the ad for exact location.

We will be showing the apartment by appointment, usually in the late afternoon to early evening. We might have an open house next Saturday . Please call to arrange an appointment for these or other times as we will not be there unless someone confirms that they are coming.

Credit, income, and background screening are required. Tenant(s) must have no recent serious credit problems and a steady source of verifiable income of $1,600 per month before taxes.
