I am currently going on my second year here at Lamberton Lake Apartments and I absolutely LOVE it, I just transferred from a roomy two bedroom to a beautiful newly remolded one bedroom. The scenery is just beautiful and peaceful, the community here is very friendly and clean. Maintenance is awesome with upkeep and keeping the grounds safe in the winter months, the office staff is wonderful and very helpful. As I said before I just love it here I cant see myself moving any time soon. I'm very proud of my home here I have no complaints.

Pros: Relatively Quiet Reasonably Priced Free Heat Lake Access Reasonable Staff The Hideout Brewery Maintenance Staff Top Notch Cons: Everyone owns a dog Limited Parking Main entrance is shared, people slam doors $3.00 to wash Laundry Lots of smokers on their balconies, can't leave my windows open Not enough cats 10/10 Would live again.

The only positive thing about this place is the lake. The buildings and facilities are old and poorly maintained. The buildings are a structural mess, poorly insulated, A/C is so old that it breaks whenever it's hot outside and can't satisfy the cooling conditions. Management never responds when you have a problem and makes you feel like you're wrong for complaining or even thinking there is a problem. This place should be shut down...
