DO NOT LEASE HERE. NO PARKING, STAFF LIES AND BUILDING HAS STRUCTURAL PROBLEMS ARE SOME PARTS ARE EVEN BEING HELD UP BY PLANKS OF WOOD. STAFF IS HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT DOCUMENT MUCH OF ANYTHING YOU TELL THEM.

Excelent location close to 405, 133, Laguna Beach. Nice pool area with bbq (4x). Jacuzzi and pool getting cleaned two times a week. Always trimmed grass and looking representative. If i could stay longer i would, But have to move because of work)

It's a nice area but the place is cheaply made, managment sucks, and they don't keep their pool,gym and spa clean. My friend and I got a bad infection from the spa and told them about it and a year later no results. Can't wait for my lease to be up. I could NEVER tell anyone to live here. The new thing now is since there is construction going on there is a high amount of snakes, rats, mice and lizards that they did not have the kindness to let us know about. Very bad now we have a BIG problem.
