This is the worst apartment building in all of Beverly Hills. I am a current resident and there is a homeless man living in the building!! He has been living in the hall on one of the floors for weeks now, he is there every single night and management has not and will not do anything, they are useless. Residents have even called the cops on him and all the cops do is kick him off the premises. But then he comes back right after. Do not live here, the building is dirty and never taken care of. Way to expensive for what you get. Long story short management sucks!!!

This building is in a great location, is relatively clean and has some great units, and also some horrible units with little sunlight and weird layouts. Make sure you find a layout that works well for you. Corner units are the best. The gym is decent, and theres a sun deck with a BBQ that is nice to have. Management is horrible. They're gone through several different companies since I've been there. Some are rude, they rarely return your phone calls, and they are very hard to reach. Poor management is the biggest drawback here. If you are willing to deal with that, then it's a great place to live.
