Two bedrooms in a private home are offered for rent. Each is furnished with a full size bed, night stand, dresser, desk and chair, flat screen TV. The two rooms share a bathroom with a double sink. All linens are provided.

The rent includes a private bedroom and use of all public areas and the washer and dryer, all utilities as well as AT&T Uverse, wireless internet and access to a wireless laser printer. Dinner is included in the rent and we will provide staples for you to prepare your own breakfast and lunch. If because of your schedule or diet you do not wish meals, a lower rent can be negotiated. You are welcome to use our fully equipped kitchen. Parking is on the street or in the driveway, depending on your schedule.

This is a unique living arrangement that is ideal for a very busy person who wants to come home to a clean, pleasant space and a hot meal and is willing to share space with a couple and three cats.
