Very convenient location for local businesses, but very unorganized. Every time you talk to someone you get different information, their system will randomly "delete" rent payments you've made and they take 2 months to honor any maintenance requests that you put in. Overall, I will definitely not be living here again next year and I don't recommend anyone else to live here if you don't want to constantly have something come up, or constantly be stressed. I would also read very thoroughly over your lease if you do decide to live there (oh i'm so sorry for you) because in the past they have been known to enforce items opposite of which is written in the lease they have you sign. So keep a copy of that lease handy, because I promise you that you'll need to refer back to it within the first month of living there! Good luck, and hopefully they push through all of these bumps in the road. But I for one, for the past 2 years I have lived here have not had a good experience. After the first year was up I had wished I wasn't already stuck in the next lease that I had already signed. You live and you learn, just don't make the same mistake I did and live at The Bronco Club.

If you want to visit anyone at Bronco club apartments, DON'T! they have visitors parking that you need a permit for, well how do you get a permit at 10pm at night?? We got our car towed because we stopped in for a quick visit, parked in the visitor parking spot, came out and the car was gone, towed by Graham towing, we found out they lurk about in the parking lot waiting for people to violate this apartment complexes stupid rule about visitors needing a permit!!!! really dumb Bronco club.....

I have been living at the bronco club for a half year now. This is the only place out of many that stood out to me and my sister when we were looking for places to live. They have a fabulous rec area which we make use of very frequently and the pool is a great place to go in the summer! The apartment is VERY spacious with a huge basement, huge living room, and big bedrooms. The maintenance is very speedy and helpful when you need them. Very nice, friendly staff. We have never had any noise issues and the location is fabulous.. a good walking distance to campus. Whenever I have friends over they are always astonished at how big the place is for just the 2 of us. I have and I would recommend this place to people who are looking for student housing!

The Bronco Club is okay, the best part about it is how close it is to Western. They have an okay staff and maintenance. The parking is AWFUL!!!!! Grahms only tows at night, and good luck there I've called a couple of times before and they told me they were too busy with the arbs and campus court. The pool area is gorgeous and I'm pretty sure the gym is 24/7. The homes are nice, spacious, and clean. We just got all new appliances and they work wonderfully. I would recommend living here to anyone who is thinking about it, It's the best place I can find in Kalamazoo comparatively.

The management has gotten a little bit better. It still is very unorganized but that isn't my main concern anymore. The complex area I live in has no street lights, there are barely any street lights anywhere in Bronco Club. It's a huge danger zone, I have to go to work when it's dark out and after everything that has gone down around campus, especially around here with the break ins and car theft that happened last week how is anyone supposed to feel safe? Personally, I do not feel safe walking around the complex alone ever. I should not have to feel like that at the place I call home. I have talked to more than one resident that feels that it is absolutely unacceptable to not have street lights. If anything were to happen to one of us in our complex that has no lights, you better believe Bronco Club will take the fall for the neglect of safety lighting that has yet to be be provided us residents.
