It was all about location for my wife and I. If you work in the area, the apartments are OK. Nothing great, nothing bad. There is a lot of noise out side most of the time. Parking is a hassle for friends and family visiting that are not used to the area. For friends that know the area, parking is not an issue. I do not like the fact that the leasing staff shows my apartment for the last month to other people. Sometimes with just 8 hours notice. In fact, I think our apartment has been shown without us knowing about it. We will be glad to be moving back to a house in Plano.

We actually really enjoyed our apartment on Addison Circle. We were new to the area and didn't take time to look around at other apartments. A little later we realized we could have lived almost anywhere else for $400 less per month. The extra money is definitely not worth the so-called "trendy location". Anytime there are special events in Addison Circle, the streets are closed off and it becomes impossible to get into your own home. If you ever have friends over, they will have to park a mile away to avoid paying to park. Addison Circle doesn't really have much to offer anyway. Legacy village seems to have a lot more to offer. The worst thing about Post properties is when you give your notice to move out. They actually show your apartment to new customers while you're living in it. We were constantly having to make way for people nosing through our bedrooms and bathrooms. It was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. We wouldn't recommend any Post property to anyone. Look around and find a better deal.

A good apartment complex. Not the best. The trolley is a little loud and the units need an upgrade....but over all not bad place to live
