We here at Norden Terrace Apartments do our best when trying to please our prospects, residents and guests. Every issue that is brought into our office is addressed in a timely manner. Our leases, rules and procedures have not changed over the years but the way Management approaches them has. My name is Nina and I'm the Community Manager. I started at this property while it was being built, went to another community professionally managed by St. Anton Management and now I'm back where I started. I've recently been promoted to Manager and I take pride in running a BEAUTIFUL community. Any issues that were presented in previous ratings by current residents have been addressed and resolved. That's how we like to take care of business. We have an amazing community with even better staff and residents. If anyone has any issues, concerns or praises we'd love to hear from you. Our office also holds a monthly Community Meeting/Bingo night for all of our residents to come in and talk about any and everything in our community, play bingo, have some snacks and get to know one another. Our office has an open door policy at all times. Please feel free to utilize it.

MANAGEMENT IS VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, LIARS, CHANGE CONTRACT WITHOUT NOTIFYING ANYONE....THEY NEVER DO WHAT THEY SAY..THEN YOU LOOK AT YOU STUPID WHEN YOU KEEP CALLING ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE....I HAVE SEEN MANAGEMENT CHANGE 5 TIMES SENSE I LIVED HERE....PARKING IS TERRIBLE AND YOU HAVE TO FOLLOW A THOUSAND RULES...AND THEY CONTINUE TO RAISE THE RENT WITHOUT ANY IMPROVEMENTS....PAYING $ 60.00 SHORT OF $1000...AND CAN'T COME HOME AND LIVE IN PEACE....YOU HAVE KIDS DESTROYING OTHERS PROPERTY AND NOTHING IS DONE....THE KIDS STAY OUTSIDE UNTIL 11;00 PM. AND 12.00 AM AT NIGHT DESTROYING CARS AND SCRATCHING THEM UP THROWING ROCKS...BREAKING STUFF AND NOTHING IS DONE.....WHEN I FIRST MOVED HERE 4.5 YEARS AGO IT WAS NOT LIKE THIS...TIME TO MOVE.....

We moved in this very nice looking complex a couple of years ago. We saw the pool and playground which makes you think this is a kid friendly place. Boy couldn't have been more wrong! Turns out, the pool is only open from May 15 to maybe Labor Day and the playground is for toddlers. The children are not allowed to play outside AT ALL and if they are caught out and about, they are confronted and made to return to their apartment(s). We have been getting harassed by our downstairs neighbor almost since the day we moved in. She called security on us no less than six times in the past two weeks. I became disabled in February and, after being told I would never walk again, I am indeed walking, just not with my previous ability. Then, last night, the Sheriff shows up and during the conversation, he suggested that I attempt to walk a little softer. Excuse me? We have three very active kids, two girls (8 and 10) and a 3 year old boy. We do our best to make sure they don't make too much noise, but like I said, they are kids. If they are not allowed to play outside, where are they to get their energy out. I would absolutely NOT recommend this complex to families with children.

Such an AWFUL place to live!!! My Kids several times came home from outside crying, because they CAN'T do anything ( It's FORBIDDEN and not safe to play with ball or do any activities, besides sliding their only slide on a playground) ... MANAGEMENT - SUPER RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Can't put anything on your patio, can't use a garage as a storage... Agree with previous two ratings - feels like you're in jail, always under control and waiting for any kind of "punishment" from management!!!!!!!!!! Raising price too often!! :(((((

I Agree with EVERY review on this site. The apartments are BEAUTIFUL, but the management is unfriendly and a bit nosy. They have a million rules and add onto them at their on free will. I feel like a guest in my own home. I am a quiet tenant and have yet to have any personal experiences with the management, but the attitudes i deal with when i pay rent are unbearable. the news letter they put out every month has a new set of rules every time. things that shouldnt be their concern are listed in this new letter. Im a 36 year old woman and i feel like i still live with my mother when management comes around. if a beautiful apartment is what you are looking for look no further, but if your looking for a warm friendly enviorment RUN!
