Lived in this GETTO place for 3 months. Its 3 months of my life that I cant get back. They tow cars and yes the management does get a piece of that action. And yes, I can confirm that people jack your laundry. I actually caught someone removing my laundry from the dyer, and confronted her. She no understand English!!! This kills me when the say that. You just spoke it, you dumb A$$. Their are allot of fleas. So watch your pets. Keep them off of the grass and out of the bushes and you can cut down on the fleas. The place was dripping with toxic oil based paint that has lead in it. Asbestos in the walls, do not poke holes in the walls, you will end up with a runny nose everyday or a cough that hangs on for the time you live their. The cockroaches are every where. The stoves are crap because they are so old. Mine was from 1982 the plugs for 2 of the burners were so bad that the didn't even work. The hood vent didn't even come on, and we even put in a service request. If you have electronics, you need to have good surge protectors. And hit save because you never know when you will lose power, due to the fact that the wall plugs spark when you plug something in to them. Oh, and the best part is management. Suck you in and spit you out. Don't get a better job while you are tied to a lease with this outfit. The will make you pay big time. $$$$ and then more $$$, and they will not let you break your lease for 30 days. Always loud and never any parking.

Its not the worst complex ever but management is a little shady. You get what you pay for and I only pay $996 for a 2 bdrm 2 bath. My neighbors are noisy and it seems pretty crowded. After we moved in there was all kinds of restrictions and fees that were not brought up when we were signing our lease. If something breaks they are very good about having it fixed immediatly. I will not be renewing my lease when it's up.

Do not move here i promise you, you will regret it! All of the problems aside the manager is a large angry untrustworthy person. If you do move here expect alot of problems and dont ever leave your car while unloading furniture or groceries it will be towed by the time you get back sunterra gets a piece of every car towed it will cost you $350 bucks to get your car back even if you follow the tow truck to the tow yard

This was the first place we lived at in California. We lived in these apts for 2 yrs. Management was polite at first, but over time we realized this was standard practice just to get you to sign. The summary is: bad management, poor maintenence, loud noise, non-existent security, and continual laundry theft (if you left your laundry alone for 5 minutes, it was stolen right out of the dryers/washers by the numerous illegal aliens living in the apts--management would do NOTHING about the problem--we recommended installing cameras...being proactive but to no avail). Great view of the ocean, but don't let that blind you to the ghetto that surrounds you, to include the management.
