The management goes by the book. I mean they take everything seriously. They are not cool at all and do not show any lenience. You only get one parking spot :( No guest parking :( Barely any street parking outside :( So if you expect guests: have fun finding them parking, because they will tow cars away. If your rent is late one day even on your first time, they will charge you a late fee and require a money order only. So you have to go out of your way in not only paying a late fee, you have to get a money order or cashiers check.

These people are horrible once you sighn the papers. They want to walk through your apartment every two months for an inspection and since I trust these people as far as I can throw them that means taking another day off work to safegaurd my prpoperty. I hate it here and I can't wait till my lease is up so I can move out even though it is my understanding that NOBODY gets ther deposit back. Save yourself alot of misery and keep looking.

Its just as average as everything else around. Check all the ratings for bella vista, san marcos and the other places like this. They all have the same problems..Parking..Safety..Staff. Some people have different reactions to others. Its just human nature. There are noise in every place you live. I have lived here for 1.5 years and its no different then the last place I lived. Neighbors suck, thin walls, blah blah. The only way to not have noise and parking problems is to buy or rent a house, thats it. If you choose to live in the bay area, this is what you get at every complex. Some will have different experiences then others, but all in all its the same. Check all the reviews of every surrounding complex, you can all see what I mean.

I have lived here for a while now. The location is really convenient: within 30 seconds of I-80, close to Contra Costa College, and within walking distance of restaurants and Raley's. The units have a nice layout and are pretty decent in size. The management and staff has changed recently (some not so great ones in the past), but the new ones (Iran and Nilah I think) are really nice, friendly, and caring and have really tried to fix problems (including the broken gate that some other people have complained about). Other people have complained about noise, but I have not had a problem with this. Obviously, if you can afford a house around here, why rent. But for an apartment complex (having lived in a few other ones before), the noise is quite acceptable. Pros: location, friendly staff, nice views from some units (like mine), balcony, and swimming pool Cons: parking can be sometimes hard if you come home late
