Moved out Oct 2015 ... I enjoyed living here. Everything was relatively and overall very quiet. After a very tiresome long-distance move to NV, my moving out of 4343 went really well, and became the least of all my worries in my trip. Kara was awesome at handling, and helping me to handle, the few little things that came up after I'd moved out. Kara and the staff have always been very nice and helpful. It's really comforting knowing the staff was always there for assistance. The maintenance staff were efficient. The entire experience was restful, and I enjoyed going and being at home there. I had a cozy little 1-bedroom on the first floor near the west end, and it was almost always quiet and peaceful. Thank you to the 4343 At the Parkway staff.

I lived at 4343 on the Parkway for about 10 months and got completely screwed on the move-out. Upon move-in we did our normal walkthrough and marked issues around the apartment so we would not be liable. Who would've thought that a slight bend in a single blind on a window would be cause for replacing the whole window? We didn't mark any such bends, but were charged for replacing the blinds (more than $250 total). About 3 weeks before the inspection, the maintenance guy and someone from the office came to measure for new blinds. I think they were updating the apartment and wanted to pin the broken blinds on us so we would have to pay for new ones. Be careful because this place will screw you.

Not a safe area. Car got broken into multiple times and the apt said the video camera had been broken for a year. Also a lot of muggings and people getting jumped. Stay clear of this area. NOT SAFE

Lovely place

I absolutely love living at the 4343. My favorite apartment I've ever lived in by far (and I've lived in quite a few). The staff remember you by name and apartment number, and go out of their way to help you with your needs and to make sure you are completely satisfied. Even my dog loves going into the office, showing his tricks to all of the staff, and getting a treat. The security and comfort of the apartment are great. At 2 a.m. you will find residents walking their dogs, exercising, pushing strollers, having a beer on the patio. I have never once felt unsafe. I moved in right before Memorial Day weekend, and when I went to the pool for the first time that weekend almost everyone who lives at the 4343 was there competing in a volleyball tournament while the staff were grilling for the residents. A great community feel, a safe and fun complex, at a great location. A+!
