Very nice apartment. We stayed at Sol with our family, 3 teenage children. Lots of space, nicely decorated, clean, great kitchen with all appliances available. Great staff One negative point...the master bedroom in front of the apartment is noisy. Lots of traffic/truck noise during the night and early morning. Overall a very positive recommendation

My Parent were visiting my Brother last winter and booked the Garden apartment. All the garbage from above apartments fall on your head down there. Bugs were running here and there .Next door place has a homeless shelter and all guys out there begs for food money and cigarettes every time you try to enter the building . everything looked so old. The pillows seam from years ago and not comfortable at all. I will never let a family member stay at that place. its not worth the price as well.

Furnished home with 2bedrooms

We stayed in the East Village Apartments while visiting our daughter who is studying at NYU. It's just 5 min. walk and we enjoyed together this live-full part of Manhattan. The apartment was clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The welcome was great and you feel at home from the very first moment. As experienced travelers that stay in apartments rather than hotels, this was a memorable experience not so easy to find in NYC. Eduard

Our family of 5 stayed in the Terrace Apartment for two weeks during the Summer 2011. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and well managed! We had a wonderful time in NYC. The location of these apartments is perfect. East Village is a thriving, busy place with interesting people, shops, restaurants and parks. The apartments are near subways which helped us get around NYC very easily and without any hassle. The staff and owners are really friendly and helpful and were always on hand to assist us and give advice when needed. I would highly recommend these apartment for anyone staying in NYC.
