Need at least one more person for an apartment lease, 2 can work if needed for a total of 4 people in the apartment plus reduced living costs!. They are right across from campus and the lease is for the building unit closest to campus.

This lease is for three people (guys only, though if girls need a room I know someone who needs roommates) to fill at $3300/semester, or 4 if each person pays $2475/semester, total of $9900 for all people/semester.

Utilities are included, however the apartments come fully furnished, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, as well as free wifi, the only extra cost is for electric.
