We have already paid your security deposit for you which you will get back in march of about $900. The apartment is spacious and on the first floor and the first apartment building up front. We also have car ports and free parking for visitors, no need to park in a special place. We are right by campus, but our apartments are quiet and not in party town. we have large closets and maintenance is quick to fix any issues within the day.
