We thought these apartments were great when we were shown the model but when we got into our apartment it was filthy. We spend the entire first day cleaning it up before we brought our furniture in. Be care when you walk outside because no one picks up after their dogs. There is crap everywhere. We have dogs and the Manager Missy has harassed us many times about picking up after our dogs and we ALWAYS have. Speaking of Missy, she is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met. She is rude and degrading if she even senses you have an attitude with her. I have heard her many times on the phone with my fiance be nasty to her. She is the worst person I have met. Our refrigerator went out twice and both times we asked for a credit for the spoiled food and Missy just laughed. The maintenance is prompt but they never finish the job. I had many spots in the our walls that were plastered up and never finished. They were never sanded back down and repainted. The neighbors were extremely loud at all times of the day and the management never did anything about our complaints. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Go to the Arbors a half mile up the road. We did and we absolutely love it!!!

I like the apartment, the staff, the location. It was a good choice amongst the many in Winston.
