One bedroom sublet in a two bedroom apartment available from June 1st-August 13th at the Redstone Apartments. Total rent for the 10.5 weeks would be $1,817 with a $300 security deposit. Fully furnished, including bed, desk, bookcase and dresser as well as other furniture throughout the rest of the apartment. Internet, hot water, and heat are included. Electricity and cable would need to be paid to my roommate and myself (she pays for electricity, I pay for cable.) Coin-operated laundry is on-site and very close to the apartment unit. On-site management and on-site maintenance are always there if problems/questions occur. Also off-street parking available - however this would be $100 extra.
