I'm looking for subletting my bedroom in the house on 508 Packard. It's a two story house with 6 rooms, and the room I've got is the biggest one on the second floor inside (not close to the bathroom so it's quiet), and the only room with two windows.

The house is fully equipped, HD TV, Sony sound system, Xbox, High speed internet, A/C,washer and dryer in the basement, Dish washer, all kind of pots, you name it. You also have nice parking spot for free!

Location of the house is quite good. It's only 5min walk to Ross and 3min walk to Michigan Union.

I have to go for summer project, so you can take it from from May 5th-Aug 20th. Actually, it's not temporary since you can resume the lease after Aug-20th if you like it. Very flexible!!

There are five other guys, all seniors, and natives (4 male and 1 female). So if you like hang out, this is your paradise. If you don't (person like me, it's totally OK, because your mates are respectful adults)

My monthly rent fee is $600 (no deposit before you move in). Other fees including internet and other utilities are around $50 totally. But if we can make a deal before Apr 1st, I can help you cover all the utilities fees during the sublease.
