Clean places. Helpful staff and maintenance crew. Niosy neighbors might be a problem. Wish you could pay rent at the office instead of being forced to waste a stamp

Excellent place

We moved in here a few years ago. The management is more than reasonable. They seem to work very well with tenants in need of assistance. Don’t want roaches? Then keep your kitchen clean and do not leave food and dishes around, simple as that. Whenever I have needed maintenance to come they do so in a reasonable amount of time and take care of whatever problems we have had at our place.

Wow, this place must have revamped itself. I live here with a roommate and we absolutely love it. It's real convenient and close to many places. The area is nice and our apartment is nice and clean and we haven't had any problems so far. Staff was nice if we ever called to ask any questions. Thumbs up!

i was forced to give them one star..... im pretty upset i cant give zero stars bed bugs have been a problem dating back to 2004 in this complex, staff at the management office is unreal, nothing but people who lie to you, dont care what you say, just pay your rent and go back home attitude notice the 10-20 mattresses outside of balconies/porches/dumpsters, all with bed bug sheets, this place is a DUMMMMMP, no one can deny that, the tennis courts look like an asteroid hit it.... DO NOT MOVE HERE, management is horrible, bed bugs are horrible, Termites/roaches are horrible if you move here prepare to lose your bed, mattress, couches due to the bug issue oh and PS, no one will tell you this to your face, your probably moving into an apartment that someone just moved out of with bed bugs i can honestly say this apartment complex has ruined at least 3 years of my life get out while you can
