I am a graduate student at Duke university and am looking for someone to sublease my bedroom from early May to mid-august. My roommate (female) will be staying in the apartment for the summer. She is a wonderful roommate, and you will be lucky to live with her! The apartment complex is called The Heights at Lasalle (I recommend checking out their website) and is within walking distance from Duke university west campus. It is a new apartment complex (we were the first tenants) and is beautifully and fully furnished. We are on the first floor with a great view of the pool.

I am asking for $750/mo (including utilities). Start/end lease dates are moderately flexible. More detailed information/pictures upon request.
