This is the place to stay when in NYC. It is conveniently located on the same block as the subway. the place is renovated but still in keeping with the brownstones history. When I'm staying in NYC I LOVE staying here. The host Theresa is an amazing person. She is so helpful and knowledgeable on the nightlife, restaurants and best attractions. I've stayed in all the rooms thus far and I'm yet to be disappointed. The rooms are all CLEAN and COMFORTABLE. They have a feeling of home which is always appreciated when away from home.She truly goes above and beyond to make the most memorable stay. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family. Cant wait to stay here again!

I stay at Lita's apartments approximately 5-6 times a year. From the friendly welcome by Teresa to the comfortable tempur-pedic bed and plush white towels you're sure to feel at home. I continue to stay here because of the convenience to my place of business & subway, as well as the warm welcome at every stay. Teresa is very accommodating, she helps find restaurants and transportation like 1.2.3! I have stayed in every room even the newly renovated suite. as expected the rooms are warm cozy and SUPER clean. A few of my stays were with a friend whom had the same welcoming feeling. I can't imagine someone writing a negative review due to the exceptional service I receive every time I visit Lita's. I would HIGHLY recommend any one of the suites without hesitation. I look forward to my next stay in the city at Lita's!

If you are looking for a suite in New York City to stay for a while avoiding to pay huge vacation rentals or hotel bills, then this is one of the best place to be, just because: 1 you can feel like at home 2 in 10 mins you can go in any direction, from downtown to real west Harlem 3 you can count on a person that 24 hours a day, after a warm accomodation will look after any kind of need, just ask and Teresa will suprise yourself 4 Cable TV (NY 24hours a day , Child TV programs and whatever a lazy or rainy day could offer) 5 a big bed, more than queen size... is "castle" size! 6 location is perfect to feel some of real NY instead mere flashing downtown 7 Sunday is special, you will see a lot of cars in second line coming to attend Mass that you can enjoy on foot, even if you profess a different religion or none at all 8 Near restaurants are cheaper and (in my opinion) better than downtown, just look around and find by yourself 9 Spending some days at lita`s is also a pretty human experience, little do I know staying here during holidays is warm and bright 10 Ten like the days I spent here with my family, it is advisable to contact the owner before booking to discover some special season discount
