This company deserves zero stars. The building is an absolute dump. They're incredibly slow to respond to repair requests- in fact a leaky ceiling in the kitchen was never repaired. And they claim repair requests need to be written out in thorough detail. I did every time yet my requests were repeatedly ignored. KPM also has a "we don't care about your problems" attitude. My neighbor was constantly waking me up at 5:30 am with his excessively loud alarm clock. When I politely asked him to turn the volume down (not off, just down) he said "I don't care." So I'm out of luck because the neighbor doesn't care and neither does KPM. I had a year lease but chose to pay a $300 penalty halfway through because living there was awful.
