The apartment is located on Howard Place which is a small offshoot of Langdon St in downtown Madison. Apartment is just a few minute walk from State Street and local grocery stores and restaurants.

The sublet is for one bedroom which is a part of a 4 bedroom apartment from anytime after May 18th to the end of the lease August 15th.

Electric, water, cable, and internet included. Large closet in the room and plenty of room for a bed, desk, and dresser. There will be two male roommates aged 21 living in the apartment for the summer as well.
