Watch out because the roaches do not come out when you need them to, like during a walk-through, and then the management ignores your work order request to do anything about the roaches and other needs. Noise - what were the engineers thinking? There is no insulation, or even a towel rack for the vanity area? The kitchens are nearly 30 years old and it shows. They apparently do not believe in shampooing the hall carpets so the halls smell. They claim they only want quality renters, but a quality renter would not want to live here. Oh, and another thing, they have a policy to not give tenants a copy of their very long self-serving lease agreement. If you live here and did not get a full copy of your lease (as I suspect you did not), demand one.
