We moved to Flagstaff a few months ago and rented a studio at Pine View. Since then we have had nothing but problems, not only with the people at the front desk, but with our neighbors. Many of them are extremely loud, and it's not uncommon to be kept up well into the night by parties and/or fights. Some of the other neighbors and I went together to the front office and filed multiple complaints - nothing was done. Other neighbors thought it would be a great idea to stand out in the middle of the courtyard and scream at each other and at anyone who was unfortunate enough to walk by. After a few nights we decided enough was enough, and called the police and notified the front desk. Once again, the front desk did nothing. A few days later, we found our scooter lying in the parking lot, completely destroyed with both mirrors and brakes broken and scratches all over its body. People are constantly drinking and trashing the complex with litter and beer bottles. The management makes little or no effort to keep its residents feeling safe, and does not take quick or effective action against violators. I will never live here again, and I will warn anyone who considers it to stay away if you value your privacy and your possessions.
