Salem Fields Townhomes are very beautiful and spacious The neighborhood is also peaceful but please please please remember to check the carpet before signing the lease and accepting the keys I was showed a 3 & 4 bedroom that had fresh carpet but the day I got my keys and walked into my home it smelled like dog and a strong scent of urine its no way I should've know that the previous owner had a dog SMH

********READ THE FULL OPINION PLEASE !! Personally I have to say that the townhomes are spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The community is very quiet and peaceful. I loved living in Salem Fields for a year for that reason. But unfortunately I can not give them five stars if I wanted for the following reason: They stole my money !! When I was making arrangements to move they told me I had two choices. The first was to pay $ 650 deposit and they tidied the townhome completely and left him in a position, and the second option was to give only $ 250 deposit and as they left the townhome was .. (without changing the carpet or fix anything). I agreed to pay $ 250.00 and moved to the house. The carpet was a mess, it looked like it had not been changed / cleaned in years. We were there for a whole year until the contract expired, pay all my month's rent with them. I moved out of town for work issues and a year later I moved FIELDS OF SALEM got a letter from a collection agency, notifying me that he owed $ 1,350.00. I was amazed! What we call and they said they charged me the money for the carpet, what I angry explain what I wrote them up on the two options. They said that every tenant who moves must pay the replacement of the carpet, which they're supposed to tell me that when you sign a contract with them. (THEY NEVER TOLD ME anything about it when I moved to Salem FIELDS). What I told them if that was true, the person who lived before me in this house nonpayment carpet replacement, or if the payment and they did not. I did my best to fix this situation. It was horrible!! The collection agency told me that I only owed $323.00, and call me Salem said he should Fields $1,350.00! Pay the $323.00por that they wanted to take me to court ... but if I had not told me I had better have paid the $1.350 they were saying. PEOPLE TO LIE out of their money! I'm not saying do not move there, it's a great place to live, but please ... WELL READ THE AGREEMENT AND ASK! Do not fall into the game of these people!
