I been living at the Crest for a month now and so far I Love It here. The gym and pool are kept very nice and clean. The best thing about living in the Crest is that you have the Waterford lake mall close by. The school are great if you have kids and pretty soon they will be putting a gate at the entrance. There is no doubt that if your looking for a new place to move in and you love East Orlando than The Crest would be the best place for you to move in.

The community itself is nice. It's close to most of the colleges and right next to the mall but wow they have had some issues since we moved in here. We had bad roaches when we first moved in, then our upstairs neighbors had a water leak that spread onto our ceiling, and then they started doing a lot of loud roof replacements and landscaping. It is nice but since they are trying to fix certain things it's the residents who have to deal with all of that noise and the fact that the courtesy officer is never available. We rented from CFRP and John Dannel and he is THE WORST! So rude.

I have owned a condo in here since the Summer of 2009 and love the location and quiet. The pool and gym is nicely kept. Great location to everything!

For the past year, The Crest has very much improved. Buildings have been repainted and are alot cleaner. The who grounds also are looking nice, with fresh new flowers and mulch. Now also it is a safer place with the security crew they have, for peace of mind. Maintenance comes when called. Pool kept clean all the time. Newly refurbished Gym looks great!. Nice place to live.
