Pet policy:

712 Tucker welcomes your four-legged family members. We accept up to three pets per apartment with provided that they are not aggressive breeds. (Reptiles and ferrets are not allowed.) Weight limits apply as follows:

- No limit for pets in apartments with private entrances

- 100 lbs. for ground-level units with no direct access

- 80 lbs. for all other apartments

Nonrefundable Pet Fee: $300 per pet

Monthly Pet Rent: $10/month per pet
