I never write reviews but this is THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX EVER! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived there for 2 years. Worst mistake ever. The apartments are in horrible condition, looks nothing like the pictures on the website, a lot of the appliances don't even work, rude staff, and they charge you ridiculous fees for utilities that don't even make sense. Save yourself the misery and move somewhere else!!!

My experience so far in The Pointe at Western has been absolutely HORRIBLE. I have lived here for about 2 years now and I cannot wait to move to another apartment complex. My apartment is in horrible condition and always has something wrong with it. When I go into the office to try and receive some help they all have bad attitudes and are in no way willing to help with my situation. Nothing in the workout rooms work, so don't let them fool you. The apartments are no where near renovated. My apartment is supposed to be renovated and its falling apart. I would definitely NOT recommend moving here. You will definitely regret it, because I know I do. I would recommend college suites, or the columns but definitely not here.

I have never written a review for any business, venue or any other establishment in my life. This is the worst apartment complex in Bowling Green. They corner college students into outrageous fees, and dont be excited by the 'No Security Deposit' gimmick because its just a ploy to get you to pay ridiculous fess for minor to essentially non-existent issues. Furthermore, your time there will be filled with other tenants who do not respect privacy or even basic courtesy. Numerous times I would be sitting on the porch and tenants above and around would simply throw their garbage out the window or throw beer bottles at suspecting cars. I literally got to know the police officers that would come seemingly every night. The management could care less about your issues, I understand theyre running a business but after the complaints I had made to them about bedbugs and other bugs I had to deal with consistently, I had to wait weeks before someone would even come to check it out to ensure I wasnt lying. I would easily give this place 0 stars if it were allowed.

Horrible!! The apartment definitely does not look like the demo. Furniture is disgusting, bugs crawling on the wall. Does not even deserve a star.
