We lived in here from May 2013 until April 2014. The original staff was nice effective and professional. Seven months into our lease,the property was sold and the new owners hired all new property managers...BIG MISTAKE!!!!!!! The new maintenance was horrible. We called because our faucet in the kitchen was broke. A small piece needed to be replaced. They had to order the piece. A young guy came to fix it ......He couldn't get the piece on. He called an older guy to help, Those guys were in my apt almost 2 hours and still put the part in backwards. My husband came home from work and literally fixed it in 2 min. They were cats all over the apts. Mating and fighting all night. I asked them what they were going to do about it and they said nothing they keep the mice away!!!!!...eeeeeeeewh. The gate doesn't work properly,someone could just push the gate open...which many people did to get into our apts. They would break into cars all night. They broke into our van and stole everything even our kids coats and blankets. People that didn't live there would swim in our pools etc. My mail was stolen, I had checks, contact lenses (1 yr ) magazines etc. I asked the mgmnt team what happened they kept denying that they knew anything. I called many times. I finally got in touch with the Mail Carrier and the Post Master and they told me the mgr knew the mail was stolen, he walked in the day it happened and they were putting all of our mail in black trash bags. They never informed us. When I called them and asked did this happened they finally had to admit that it did happen. I had to ask them if my mail was stolen and it was.They could have told me that from the beginning . They lied and wasted 2 weeks of my time and energy. These are a few examples but they are many many more!!!!!!!!!! My advise to anyone. Take pix b4 you move in and after. Don't clean your apt at all !!!!! they will take your deposit anyway. Any conversation you have with them get in in writing. I don't care if it's the smallest thing GET IT IN WRITING. If you desire a clean nice place to live with great mgnt team DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS ON YELP AS WELL ...

Great floor plans, good deal for the square footage per dollar and the maintenance crew jumps on anything you need faster than any other complex I've lived in

I lived in this apartment for about three years. It was horrible. The staff is awful and is not helpful. My husband had to fix everything in the apartment. If you called maintenance to report a problem they would ALWAYS say that their staff as busy and they will get to you when they get to you. When they did show up, they would leave notes saying that nothing was broken. While living there my husband had to fix the sink, the garbage disposal, and the washing machine. Parking is awful if you have more than one car. You can rent a storage unit for $75 a month if you need additional parking. When we eventually moved out we spent money having the carpets cleans and washed all the walls so the apartment was even better than the day we moved in and we STILL got a bill for $290 dollars.

I have been living here since Dec 2009 and we love it. The apartments are very spacious, great floor plans and I love the hardwood floors. The management is also very friendly and ready to help. So far I have encounter very friendly people that live here. It is very well kept and maintance is always there bright and early keeping the property looking great. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a cozy place to live. My unit faces the grass, which is nice, I didn't want to face the parking lot. It feels very homey when you can look out to the nice green grass and trees. So far the complex has been very quiet, even when the kids play outside. I am sure it will be much noiser come summer, but that is to be expected anywhere.

Nice apartments, but staff is lazy and ineffective.
