I am subletting a 4 bedroom duplex starting mid-May and ending July 27. I am looking for 1-4 subletters. The rent is $1900 a month ($475/per room), not including utilities, for a newly renovated duplex on Edwards Street, right off of Merritt Mill Rd in Chapel Hill. The house is unfurnished but includes a washer/dryer, dish washer, fireplace, and granite counter tops. Convenient location to UNC campus, Franklin Street, and downtown Carrboro. It is a 10 minute bike ride and 20 minute walk to UNC campus. Includes back porch and grassy backyard, along with no permit required parking lot.
