My roommate and I are looking for another girl to share one of the 2 bedrooms with. We are somewhat flexible with the move in date and the spot is available anywhere between early June-1st week of July.

We both graduated from UCSD (she graduated in 2013 and I graduated 2012) and work full-time. We are looking for someone that is respectable of shared and personal spaces, around the same age as us, no pets and can commit to a 1 year lease.

We currently live in the heart of downtown La Jolla (across from Vons, CVS and the Comedy Store). We found a great deal for 2br/2ba for $1675/month (you will be sharing 1 room with me for $458/month). If you are looking to have your own room, it will be $838/month.

Everything is walking distance and you're only a few blocks away from the beach. If you need to get to campus, Bus 30 stops directly in front of the complex (which only has 5 units so parking is also never an issue for tenants and guests) and you don't have to worry about waiting in a long line to get a seat.
