Horrible experience!! Do not rent from here as management does not know how to maintain nor run property. We moved in our apartment wasn't ready they had to put us in a different apartment which was old one bedroom (we need two). A day later they were able to find a vacancy. The first month there the AC broke and took two days to fix it. Three months in we had bad water leaks that went unfixed for three months. We even issued a hand signed request to have maintenance would not fix after issuing several phone calls. The leak was an uncontrollable water link in the bathroom and kitchen. We were dumping buckets of water every day. Maintenance would come in turn a few things, add tape, and then leave. The last time they pulled the boards up from under cabinet and just left with all the nails exposed. The floor as bubbled up and toilet is sinking into the floor due to leak. We we confronted upper management about the situation and asked to speak to their higher ups or get resolve. They got mad and called the cops on us with my toddler with us in the office. DO NOT RENT from here!! They are a nightmare!!
I LOVE this place! I have been living here for a year and three months. When I first moved here, I signed a 3 month lease on the Glen side. I was only going to stay here for one semester, since it was so close to my school. The studio apartment was a nice size, located right by the clubhouse, and overlooked a swimming pool. Move in was easy, and the front office staff was friendly. When my lease was up, I had an issue with the movers, so I had to stay 3 days past my lease. The old manager, Stacy, was very understanding and allowed me to stay with no issues or additional costs. I moved out, and received my FULL DEPOSIT back. This is usually unheard of, but the entire deposit was refunded. After I moved out, my housing fell through, and I needed a place to stay immediately. Stacy once again helped me get another apartment, and within two days, I was moving back in, this time on the Visconti side. The complex is well maintained, and I love that I can go to the front office for anything. Everyone is super nice and accommodating, and I absolutely LOVE the new manage, Leslie. She is great at what she does, and really cares about the tenants. For example, my air conditioning broke the day I came home from a 10 day vacation. After attempting to fix the air, the maintenance man realized that I would be without air for the night. Knowing that it is summer in Arizona, he called the manager and put my family in a suite at the Holiday Inn Express for the night. It was a nice little get away for the kids, and we were all comfortable because there was space for everyone. The next day, the air conditioning was still having issues, so Leslie let my family stay in the executive apartment, which was furnished, nice and super comfortable. I am so lucky to have her as the manager because she is so helpful, caring, and great at her job. There are only a couple issues that I have with this apartment complex. The parking spots are located too far from the actual apartment, and it is almost impossible to find a parking spot close to your apartment at night. This gets annoying when you have groceries or when it is raining, since you have to walk far. Also, sometimes you have to make 2 maintenance calls for the same issue and stay on them to fix something. But the front office corrects this issue quickly. Other than this, I can't think of anything else negative. I have just renewed my lease for another year, and probably will again. The amenities are better than any apartment complex around. The clubhouse was recently renovated, so now there is a yoga studio, pool table, business center, and movie theater. I really don't understand how people are unhappy with the Visconti, because I absolutely love it! I have personally dealt with the entire office staff, and they are fantastic. As a business owner, I know and expect great customer service and communication. This place does not disappoint. Give it a chance, and you will not be disappointed!
I have lived at this property for a few years and I don't think the new staff in the office gets the credit they deserve. when ever my self or my roommate go in they are always welcoming and very nice to us. I love the fact that they have treats for my dog too. I looked at some of these reviews and I think more of us that have liked living here need to post positive reviews.
This is a horrible apartment complex. The office staff is incompetent and unhelpful. The apartments are cheap and have enough unsavory tenants to make the place feel unsafe and noisy at night.
If you own a car and like to have a parking space when you get home, DO NOT rent an apartment here. Guest parking is pretty much non-existent and if you have a so-called designated parking spot, don't count on it being open when you get home. Random people park in covered, assigned parking spots whenever they feel like it and unless the office is open, you're out of luck. Have fun parking on the street. You have no recourse to have the person towed from your sport, nor any way to notify the complex and/or security of the discrepancy. If this happened once in a blue moon, it would be annoying, but tolerable. Unfortunately, in the two years I've lived here, it's happened about once a week. On holiday weekends, about twice a day! Forget about having guests over, unless they don't mind parking half a block away on the street. I've tried on numerous occasions to have people towed out of my spot, but apparently only management has the authority to do so. Not worth it.....live elsewhere. You'll thank me for it.
