My roommates and I love this house but are leaving this summer for internships. It's a 4 bedroom home with a full bathroom downstairs and a half bathroom upstairs. Nice porch and four car driveway, with street parking available as well. It is located right next to the Informatics building, so the closest to campus you could possibly get. It is managed by IU Real Estate which is awesome because they are very responsive to any issues we have had. The price of 450/month is paid through the bursar and does not include utilities, but they are reasonable especially during the summer. We would leave the house fully furnished. There is a large basement that is unfinished but we built a bar down there and it is nice enough to have parties.

We could sublease the whole thing (4 rooms) or each room individually, I am willing to negotiate with you on how you want to split it up.
