I've been living in a Mt. Vernon Flats building in Baltimore for almost 6 years. The landlords are fantastic. They are extremely accommodating and responsive. They truly care about making their tenants feel comfortable!

It has truly been a pleasure renting from Mt. Vernon Flats. The landlord is extremely quick to fix any issue that may arise in the apartment and services are performed in a timely, efficient manner. Great place to live, excellent location, and fantastic quality of living!

We lived here for three years and loved it. The location is close to both the University of Maryland BioPark and Mt. Vernon shuttles, the Circulator, and has plenty of cafes, grocery stores, great restaurants, and beautiful parks within a few blocks. It's also an easy walk to Penn Station and Charles North. The apartment got lots of natural light and has beautiful crown molding, original clawfoot bathtub, and exposed brick walls. You feel like you're living in an apartment that has actual Baltimore charm. Management was also refreshingly easy to work with. They were very responsive to any requests we had, as well as very communicative.

Thanks for returning my security deposit on time and in full and for always responding to my emails right away. You are great landlords with great apartments. I miss my old home in Baltimore.
