This company has the nicest agents to get you to sign a two or three year lease. Once you sign and move in they treat you like crap. You have to ask for three weeks, for wires hanging from your ceiling to be fixed, while you entertain some dingy girls excuses on the phone. Instead of just coming over and fixing the problem, the go round and round trading insults. When you deliver the final insult then they call the police. They are unprofessional and overcharging. They say they don't own the properties when in fact they do. They are a real shady company to do business with.

As someone who used to work in Property Management (for an apartment community) I understand just how tough being a Property Manager, or working for a Property Management company can be. JWB and its staff have got it down to a science. They have found a perfect balance between running a successful company, while still maintaining a personal and caring relationship with their tenants. From the very first meeting when we were just considering renting a home, to now (three years later) I have nothing but positive things to say about JWB and especially their staff. Every single person that I have interacted with in this company has been knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and caring. Not every Property Management company and their staff are created equal. Luckily for myself, and other JWB tenants, we have found a wonderful company and team to manage one of the most intimate areas of our lives, our homes. When we first decided to rent with JWB I was pregnant with our third child. As if that was not a big enough life change, I was diagnosed with cancer while pregnant, and had to go through multiple surgeries during and after pregnancy. This was a very scary time for us, and extremely stressful. JWB and their team, were behind us all the way, and one thing I didn't have to add to my stress was worrying about anything to do with my home. They went above and beyond during the most difficult time in our life (They even offered to have dinner brought to us on them, so we didn't have to worry about cooking), and we are so thankful and appreciative. We had signed a two year lease with them, and our lease just came up for renewal. We had the opportunity to move into a house with someone else, for a lot less in rent, but we chose to stay with JWB. We chose to stay with them because somethings in life are worth the money, and that would be having the peace of mind that comes with knowing the company we rent from truly cares about us. I would love to name every person in this company that we have had the pleasure of dealing with, but I am especially appreciative of our previous property managers Melissa & Stephanie, and our current property manager, Brittany. They are absolutely wonderful and JWB is lucky to have them. I wish I could do more to thank them than just leave a good review, maybe one day :)
