I moved In here in 2011 Of course Cause it seem To me it was Nice place for me and family To live until we could get our own House,And believe me Its supposed to be a mutual agreement i do A monthly Payment in exchange i would get comfort And a nice place to live Until The first day i moved in The A/C was not working And i notify them on same day they took about a week to fix it cause they said they only had one maintence Guy the ac would always leak from condensation into the hallway....then months later we get a leak in leaving room so maintence went did a whole and told me they would fix it next day but it wasnt after almost 2 weeks when my husband went into office and said when where they gonna fix it and they told him they had forgot about that issue.....I mean there Very Good on collecting rent even the late fees but there not capable of Keeping there residents happy. Everything Just got worst as years went by and they change management the swimming pool was broken And dirty; when i try to use laundry room most washer woudnt work there would be water everywhere if they coudnt fix it they could at least mark them when i told management bout this she replied what do u want me to do the washers and dryers belong to another company which i didnt care at that point because when u agree to contract it says it comes with laundry room included....unfinished paint job that made the building look ghetto...Trash everywhere nonworking cars in parking lot cops at all time and a paid security guy which was never to be found. I think company should hire better management and staff to perform a better job i mean there getting paid for it anyways SO I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

My name is Lawrence Gilliams and I am a resident at Madera Court Apts and the lady in the leasing office who's name is Lisa,is the assistant manager. She is truly rude. One afternoon while relaxing in my unit there was a knock at the door and it was Lisa. She told me she wanted to talk with me. We proceeded to talk and in the middle of the conversation she started to use profanity in which I felt disrespected, considering i did not use certain words such as SH%% and FU&%.She was very unprofessional.I felt totally disrespected.Lisa talked to me like I was a child and I am 50 years old. I feel that management needs to do something about her rudeness and unprofessional-ism. The treatment I received I think was unacceptable. To find the assistant manager giving me this verbal abuse was insulting.I feel as though an apology should be given. In addition this has happened on several occasions. This message will be given to all parties in helping to resolve this matter. I would like for their corporate office to contact me ASAP. Thank you
