I've seen some mixed reviews on this place, and I wanted to set the record straight. 1-- those who complain about noise have obviously never lived in an apartment complex. Loud? Rarely, though it does depend on your neighbors. I've found this complex to be surprisingly quiet. I've lived here since Jan. 2015. 2-- Jennifer in the office. Someone complained about her but she has been nothing but nice to me. And no, she is not a friend or relative of mine. Folks have overall been very nice. 3-- Nice diversity, which I like. I've seen representatives of pretty much all races and ages here. Some people may not like that, but I think it's God's Crayola box. 4-- I feel safe here (as reasonably safe as you can be anywhere) 5-- I did ding them on the parking. At some points, it can be hard to find a visitor space if you have a friend over for dinner or movies. I've even had to park in a visitor's space before. However, they do have handicapped spaces. And they will tow your butt, so don't chance it parking where you're not supposed to. But I don't see how that is different than any other apartment complex. I think that's a common issues. So that's my 2 cents.

Oh my lord this place is horrible. Especially the woman at the front office named Jenny. She was so nice in the beginning, then she just turned into the devil. She is a horrible person, she really does need to find a new profession, she is one of the main problems they have at this complex. The maintenance people where nice, but dumber than a box of rocks. Everything has gone down hill. I have noticed they are making improvements on the apartments, but whats the point considering there is nothing but trash now living here. It's not even safe, I dont even feel comfortable having my wife take our dog out at past 7. And this is the second time I have heard someone had gotten their car broken in to. We have tried to express our concerns but little miss Jenny at the office doesnt seem to care and said there is nothing they can do about and to just forget it. Really, who says that?! We have lived in a long list of apartments and townhomes, but this is by far the worst, especially the staff! Living under a bridge would be better than this place.

I lived here for a year 2012-2013. A couple of things I would like to touch upon that would give you all a clear picture of this apartment. 1. The apartment itself is kind of in good condition ready with appliances for you to get started on. I am not sure about what kind of cleaning treatments they do before you move in, but they claim that they do a lot. The bathroom fixtures are cheap and same goes with the kitchen. A renovated apartment is just the same as the non-renovated except for the granite counter top and extra lighting fixtures. Over all, its a pretty decent one for small families. 2. Your neighbors --- it really depends on your luck... For the first 6 months, I had no trouble with respect to loud music and dancing from neighbors late night. But, I got one who specifically plays loud music after 11pm in the night... I go early in the morning for work and come home late... for someone like me, this setup is not good and the management doesn't care about it even if you complain about it. They just warn the neighbor not to do it... Truly will that stop anyone in this world??????... And there was this other neighbor who smokes on the corridor and drops his cigarette right on the wooden stairs and pathway... The management took no notice about it, and another neighbor had to leave signs on the pathway asking the smoker to not burn the building and kill everyone. 3. PARKING ---- This is the worst. You will always find resident's vehicles and boats in visitor parking spaces. The resident parking space will be filled in by 5.30pm. If you are coming late, be prepared to park your car far away from your building. My car with the parking tag got totalled in an accident, still the management refused to issue a duplicate one (without a fee)... I mean honestly, can't they figure out that every case is different... This is the time these people would want to stick to their rules!!!!. pathetic. If you go ask them, they would answer like a tape recorder in repeat mode "Sorry, we have to follow rules" ... come on, there is a difference between a machine and a human. 4. I am moving out in two weeks and I am still not sure on what kind of charges I am going to get. god save me!!! 5. Maintenance --- Yes, sometimes they are quick... Most of the times, they don't take you seriously.. Even if you say that it is a urgent request, they take their own sweet time to come and do the service... My complaints were never attended promptly... If you go ask them, they will say that they are processing requests in the order they received it... PLEASE RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

I would not recommend this property to anyone. There is only one person in that office that is nice but none of them know what they are doing. My husband got laid off his job and we were FORCED to move out and break our lease because of the economy not because we wanted to. Once we moved and got back on our feet our new landlord had to call obviously and they lied to them saying we just up and left and left all our stuff behind which is NOT true at all!!! Luckily our new landlord knows how to read stupid liars and still gave us this new property. What terrible professionalism on their part. Unbelievable. I get its a business but to just make bold face lies, I would never do business with them ever EVER again!
