My family and I have just moved in on August 1. Thus far i'm loving it as the McDonald's commercial states..lol. Ms Karen and Ms Andria are really nice and helpful. The other staff I briefly encountered are nice as well. I do not have any major complaints other than the walls are a little thin so I have a built in alarm clock courtesy of my neighbors. Were new to Florida so we have to get used to the weather and the lizards. Wonderful community, very spacious townhomes. I especially like the fact that we dont have to go far to find a playground or to find a pool. The community comes with several playgrounds and pools. Very convenient for those who may not have transportation.

Terrible

i lived here for 2 years, and it was hell. i had my vehicle towed twice from in front of my door, and the office did not help at all. the maintenance people will come in to your apartment when nobodys home regardless of your request for them not to.the maintenance guy Chris is cool though, and very helpful, and Keisha is great, but as far as the rest of the staff..... i didnt feel safe and secure a ssingle night i slept there. police and ambulances are almost anightly occurance.gunshots woke me up on several occasions. i can go on. this place was a nightmare, and the best thing that happened to me the entire two years i lived there was not renewing my lease
