First of all... the rent is too expensive. The most expensive in downey. Second the managers here are control freaks.They think they own the complex. Third they have kids and they think that makes them the moral character of this complex. Fourth the renters here are all old people and they complain about everything. Fifth the complex is old built in the 1950's and everything is outdated. Sixth the laundry rooms have six wash machines for 54 residents not enough. Seventh parking here is very dangerous ...when you leave you face oncoming traffic on florence ave travelling much faster than the 40 mph speed limit. And the list goes on...the biggest problem is you have losts of people that are retired and dont work so i think they walk around the complex and complain about every little thing.. The sauna and jaquzzi and pool are disgusting old and never cleaned...the gym is old and never cleaned...In my opinion there are much better places to live that are less expensive ...nicer...with nicer people...this complex has very negative vives...no one is friendly..and if you dont go by there silly rules they keep harrassing you till you get fed up and either sue management or move. Save yourself the nitemare dont rent here too many haters in this complex!!!

They need to clean it often you could see how dirty it is on the way to the stairs. I wanted to see how often they clean and pickup things so I left a bottle there. It didn't disappear till' a month! The pool and gym are alright but the manager has kids and they're always bossy they're always say "Oh no you can't do that. My mom is the manager here" blah bleh
