In all honesty, this is a really nice space, and it's in an ideal location for anyone working/studying at the UVA Medical or Undergraduate campus.

*Of note, I do not have a personal parking spot. That being said, you'll receive a guest pass for on-street parking (never more than a 1 minute walk from the front door), and I can assure you that between May and August, the street never even comes close to filling up.
