These are older pictures from when I first was moving in it looks a lot more put together and "homey" now! Its a little on the girly side but suitable for guy or girl roommate. (I live with a guy now and he has no complaints) I have fully furnished the condo myself, you will need to provide furniture for your room though. Rent is $337.50 per person and with utilities included its around $415 a month per person. The room for rent comes with a car port.
