I personally like it I been visiting as a guest cause I know people who live here and decided to move here. The property is under management. I move in at the end of the month. The manger help me with any questions or concerns I had. Update 11/14/15 I like it but have to take a star away.. I seen a roach in my apartments twice since I been here... I can't stand bugs.. Imma keep having them spray every week

I been living at Acacia Pointe for a month and a half now and I love it here. It's a great gated community and the management is great! Francis makes sure I'm well taken care of and that is greatly appreciated :)

This place is not a bad place to live in my experience. I know of some people here who have roaches and what not but I saw one since moving in and was one of the sewer ones that come from outside. The maintenance is pretty responsive. HOWEVER..... The apartment manager, Susan, has got to be one of the meanest most hateful people I have ever met in my life. I have never been late on my rent payment and I am not being evicted but I am moving out of here solely because this woman is impossible. I am actually moving out right now and one of friends that works here (unknown to her) told me that when they do my move out inspection she wants them to make things up for them to charge me. Haha!! Who does that. The worst story is the old lady that lives here that asked for water and when given one by an employee here the employee was scolded because they are only supposed to give water to prospective residents.... If you can I would keep away from here. The lady will do what she has to in order to feel better about her pathetic existence. I've already decided that whatever I get charged with when I move out is still less than the hate that she feels for herself and life. It is clear based on her interactions with other living breathing and feeling people. Smh....

The rates may be decent here but the management is horrible. I have had an issue with my ac, toilet, oven and windows since we moved and they have failed to fix it. They keep telling me that they ordered the parts and they are waiting for it, for the last 6 months? Are the parts coming from another planet?? It get about 115 degrees here and we have suffered from heat stroke and exhaustion for the last two months. The property manager susan is clueless to what's going on over here. I met with her today and told her that we have had these problems since we moved in and she told me it's the first time she is hearing it and we should have come to her earlier, so I told her we have come plenty of times to talk to them and she is never there. She has no people skills and is extremely rude. We pay our rent on time and have been nothing but understanding everytime they say we will send someone. As a property manager she should know what's going on around the apartment. The whole time I kept trying to tell her what's going on she would interrupt me and have this smug grin on her face. I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone as long as the staff that is in the office are still working here.

I just moved in, literally today. when I came to check on the apartment yesterday, I found it had been occupied by tons of roaches!!! and of course they are closed on Sunday's. I am not happy. I should not have moved in in such circumstances. I don't feel like this is something I should have to live with or to be welcomed into my new home with.
