We've lived in the country our whole lives, so moving here was a big change for us. The staff at Addison made it quite easy and took time to explain everything. We had a lot of questions, and they answered them all very well. We feel very comfortable here and love the amenities. Our dog loves the little dog park. The apartment was well-furnished and has a great layout. A special shout out to Jennifer and I'm sorry I can't remember the other lady's name at the office we spoke to. They are ALL very professional and courteous. I deal with people alot in my work, and these gals know what customer service is. Another fine member of your staff is Louis in the maintenance department. A very stand up guy. Looking forward to hanging out with him more. God bless, Tony

My husband and I have lived at Swift Creek going on a year and man do we love it! The community is beautiful, quiet, and pet friendly. Neighbors are great and friendly. As if that wasn't enough we have a great cozy club house great to just relax and talk to the awesome leasing staff. On top of a great office staff their maintenance is on it. If you call in a work order the day of or next day the issue is resolved. My husband and I love it here and would recommend this place to anyone!

I am a current tenant that lives at Addison. The amenities and staff are nice. However, the quality of the renovations and maintenance are half-assed. THERE IS NOTHING LUXURIOUS ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS! I moved into the apartment in July of 2014 and wasn't able to see the apartment prior to the move in date. On move-in day, I noticed that the apartment wreaked of smoke and every window panel was covered with mold/mildew. I complained about this and they addressed the issue by placing a magical silver can in front of the air filter and a transparent coat of paint onto the window panels-- just enough to remind you that the mildew is still watching you. Not to my surprise, neither attempt fixed either problem. Seeing that management competency was going to be an issue, I invested in hundreds of dollars of products in an attempt improve the air quality (high quality air purifiers, ceiling fans, baking soda, baking soda with oxi-clean, carpet deodorizers, the most expensive air filter that you can buy, and air fresheners). Although the quality of the air improved in some of the rooms, it never improved in my children's bedroom. I complained again and they asked me to clear my children's bedroom for them to take a look underneath the carpet (something that should have been done PRIOR to installing brand new carpet/padding and PRIOR to a tenant moving in). After taking an hour and a half to take out bunk beds and clean out their room, I went ahead and pulled up the carpet myself. To my dismay, I found the subfloor to be covered in URINE AND BODILY FLUID stains from presumably a previous tenant's pet(s). The smell was horrific and quickly spread throughout the whole apartment! The subfloor was covered in stains of all shapes and sizes (the largest measuring 2 x 3 ft) and was deteriorating from excessive amounts of animal waste. I was infuriated. How could they expect people to live like this? How could they knowingly expose people to such a health hazard? How could anyone knowing place fresh new carpet on such a pungent, bacterial ridden subfloor? How could management (which claimed to have inspected the condition of the subfloor prior to the installment of carpet) say that they didn't see the stains or recall the smell? What the hell is under the rest of the carpet throughout the apartment?! I informed them of my find and demanded the following: replace the urine-saturated subfloor and replace the now ruined carpet and padding. There response: we don't replace deteriorated, urine-saturated subfloors in any of our apartments (rather, they will put an "enzyme" on it instead), we will replace the the padding, we will clean the ruined carpet. I have remodeled homes myself and I KNOW that enzyme crap doesn't work-- especially when it comes to cat urine. They didn't care and said that they were not willing to put up the money to rid the apartment of animal waste. They also stated that I was free to live elsewhere. You know what? I believe that that is the smartest thing that I have heard from them yet. All in all, if you are looking for a "Life of Luxury"-- heck, even if you are just looking for a peaceful, safe, clean and healthy home-- DON'T COME TO ADDISON AT SWIFT CREEK APARTMENTS!!!

This was my husband and my first home together and we could not be happier. Quiet, nice neighbors, clean for the most part, reasonable pricing and great location. Maitenence has been prompt and thorough. Work-out room and pool are wonderful and staff has been polite and efficient. We could not recommend it any higher!

Guy below me is nuts...from the second we moved in, the staff was extremely helpful, competent, and accommodating (we wanted a certain apartment at a certain price and we needed it within 3 days...they had it ready with all our specifications in 2 days). The complex is quiet, safe, and well lit. By day 2, nearly all of our surrounding neighbors introduced themselves and offered to help us move in. And, the apartment itself is clean, beautiful, and well maintained...maintenance responded to a request within 1 hour of our making it. Recommended to anyone
