Had a mostly good experience living here for 13 months. My apt was just renovated with new appliances, mantainence came fairly quickly, usually within the week. The area can be pretty sketchy at times. My only qualms were with getting incorrect information from an employee when I wanted to move out. I was told I could not end the lease mid-month and pay a pro-rated rate. I later discovered she was mistaken and that I could have done this. I recommend talking only with a manager when dealing with important topics like this. Eric was fantastic, 98% of my experience with the staff was very pleasant. I'd live here again.

Moved into this apartment complex in January of this year and I'm already moving out at the end of August. Let me just start by saying that its completely not worth the money, it's that bad. For one, whoever repainted my apartment did the worst job, random paint spots in places that they weren't suppose to be. My air went out and wasn't fixed for a good 3 months, I couldn't even sleep in my apartment because it was so hot. Which brings me to the staff, I had to go into the office at least 3 times and complain because they just wouldn't get my air fixed, IT WAS AWFUL. The parking sucks. The dumpster placement sucks. There's an extra door you have to unlock just to enter the building, that broke at least twice a month may I add and it was just useless and a hassle. There was always a funky smell on my floor too, which I don't know what that was caused by. But like I said, completely not worth the money!! Even my neighbors have had issues with their apartment, if that tells you anything.

Moved into a newly renovated apt which looked good and was very spacious. However we had no phone jack and waited 5 months to get internet service and were never given one. There is only 1 dumpster which is sooo far away. There is never any place to park. The insulation sucks the apt stayed freezing all winter from the cold air coming through the windows. The office manager Tabatha sucks. She avoided me and never returned my calls. Didnt take care of no business. They also stopped the community life team which kept kids out of trouble and pushed there residents away. Theres always a bunch of bad kids running around and playing with dangerous items. Parents that live in this complex care nothing about their kids they let them run around like zoo animals! They raised the rent up sky high after a year and have security guards who stalk u at night. The maintenance staff sucks u have to call 3 times before they send someone out. Also was 5 days late on my rent and they sent a notice saying we were gna get evicted. Not worth the money at all. Much better apts in louisville. Plus the area sucks theres druggies and prostitutes and ppl waiting for u to ask for money at night.

My parents have lived in this apartment complex for more than a year. They haven't had problems because they never complain and always try to avoid conflict. Their bill is paid on time and sometimes very early in advance. I'm giving this information to show how they are outstanding tenants. They received a letter yesterday stating they were being fined $50 for leaving trash on the ramp. My dad throws the trash away every night so of course it was a possibility but it was highly doubted because he knew that it wasn't supposed to be on the ramp. I told them if they weren't sure, they should ask to see the footage. It wasn't because of the fine, but because of how unprofessional and carefree manner the letter was written. They went the next day to clarify and gain some insight on the situation only to be treated in such a rude and belittling manner. The owner or apartment supervisor Chad decided to stereotype my parents, yelled over my mother and gave her no chance to speak. My mom is a very quiet woman so it's not hard to talk over her but as a manager or whatever, he should have known to listen, empathize and apologize regardless of the situation. They did not go their to dispute the fine, but he assumed they went their because of the money and said some very rude comments and then to make matters worse, he had the balls to add that when he opened our trash, it had a smell...(I was unaware that trash is suppose to have a pleasant smell). After being deliberately rude, he then says "I won't charge you guys the $50 fine because you're great tenants" like it was about the money. It was very embarrassing and shameful that he treated them that way over a minor misunderstanding. Their management (most, not all) and maintenance team definitely need more training. We've had a broken stair in our building for about three weeks now. We called to inform them due to risks of people falling and it took them four days to patch it up and place an orange cone there. The "cleaner" has not cleaned the building doors or vacuumed the building carpet for more than a month (yes it's included). So we've had a lot to complain about to them but we chose not to, just so we're not stereotyped as problematic. PS: The only reason my dad left the trash on the ramp was because he previously went to throw our trash away and noticed that the trash compact was full so obviously when he saw that there were other trash on the ramp (more than 3 bags), he assumed that it was full again. So yes, he did leave a trash bag on the ramp which he never denied doing but they truly did not deserve to be treated like they were scum. They're outstanding people, citizens and most importantly tenants...which Chad acknowledged AFTER belittling them, stereotyping them, and insulting them. Oh and after my mom gave him a $50 check....HE RIPS IT UP AND SAYS HE DOESN'T WANT THEIR MONEY!! What employer treats their loyal customers like this? He truly does not know how to treat customers nor does he know how to be professional because this all happened in front of potential tenants. Oh and whoever typed the sign upfront needs to use a dictionary because "TECHNICIAN" is spelled incorrectly. The signs have been up for two weeks and management has not seemed to notice or care. Signed, A very disappointed daughter

I love Addison Park. I just renewed my lease this month. The staff is great. Ive never had any problems. When i first moved in my car was broken into and I reported it and a week later they had hired security and i haven't had a problem since. The maintenance man is great. I've only had a few problems in my apt and they were fixed within a few days. Im not a fan of the security doors but they do add extra protection. Only thing i dislike is the dumpster issue. They only have 1 dumpster and so you have to put your trash in your car and drive it around. Other than that my stay at Addison Park has been Great!!!
