Nice apartments for the money, but if it bothers you to have bums or crackheads constantly digging through the dumpsters, i'd look elsewhere. The managers do not care about this whatsoever. Also, if you are someone that likes to sleep in once in a while, forget about it. The cleaning crew starts their leaf blowers as early as 8am, and there are hardly ever leaves. Is it hot during the summer? You are not allowed to install the cheaper window ac units. Instead you must buy the $400+ free standing units if you want to stay cool. I was okay with that since i had the money to buy one. Garbage trucks also bang around in the mornings, and you are living right behind stores that are receiving their freight in the am. Other than that, the floor plans are nice...
